Cardio kickboxing builds lean muscle, toning every area of your body. Pilates creates long, lean muscles and develops core strength. Unlike other big commercial kickboxing classes, I use real pro-kick combinations and focus mitts to increase the variety, power and skill level of the workout. Tonight I am adding a new circuit called ” Circle Of Death ” . Please read over the rough draft attached.
It works like this:
Group one will do a body weight circuit around the Circle Of Death. Lunges, lateral runs and butt kicks.
Group two will hold on to a shield or focus mitts.
Group three will go around the circle of death striking a shield with kicks or punches to focus mitts. You will be required to switch when you here me call out “Switch”.
