Stephane Bernadel – Ottawa Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Coach

Stephane has become a bit of an expert in training couples or small groups at the Burke Cleland Personal Training Studio. Utilizing his mixed martial arts background and his Level 2 Precision Nutrition coaching program knowledge, he has came up with some really cool innovative ways to work out and keep people inspired to do their best. His clients love the variety, see progress and are always looking forward to the next work out.

What started with just one couple has grown into eighty percent of his clientele, most of whom have been training with him for over a year. You don’t have to take my word for it, see what Jen and Scott have to say about Stephane.

“What are your primary fitness goals?”

My primary fitness goals are to stay as healthy and as active as I can, now and for the rest of my life!  I also share this goal with my husband Scott and we both workout with Stef. Scott and I first met Stef as our previous personal trainer was moving and she had given us a couple of trainers to meet with in our area.  There was an immediate connection with Stef.  He understood who we were and what we were looking for.  We have been with him ever since – over a year now.

Has Stef helped you along with these fitness goals?

Absolutely! Stef understands my goals and has introduced me to new and fun ways of exercising.  His extensive knowledge and expertise continually make our workouts innovative and challenging. I really look forward to our workouts! I know I will be challenged, but at the same time Stef understands my learning style.  He is able to modify explanations and movements so that I can be successful. Stef’s workouts challenge me, but always in a safe and healthy manner.

Is Stef knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition?

Stef has an extensive knowledge about fitness and nutrition and continues to educate himself on the latest research.  He is always able to share this knowledge with me and my husband Scott and ensure that our workouts meet all our goals. It is always a lot of fun with Stef.  Scott, Stef and I will always be talking throughout our workouts – which is a great test of our fitness level as well! I really enjoy the mix of exercises in our workouts – cardio, strength and flexibility designed into our couples workout really makes it perfect for us.
