So what makes me a different type of Ottawa personal trainer? I would have to say my mindset. Throughout my martial arts training I’ve studied a wide range of self-defense and combat techniques such as Tae-Kwon-Do, Karate, Kung-Fu, boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jutsu and MMA. I was always acquiring more knowledge, learning more techniques, and gaining more experience in order to better myself. The same can be said about my approach to personal training.

Through certification courses and unending seminars, I will always be looking to keep things different and fresh for you. Let’s face it, going to the gym and doing the same routine over and over again is not very motivating. I have been there, and even for someone who loves to train, boredom is always a workout or two away. Keeping it fun and motivating is what I am all about.
