The All-New Burke’s Boot Camp!

Burke is taking Boot Camp outside!

We only get a few short months of summer so it’s time to soak it up while we can! That means that we will be moving Burke’s Boot Camp from its usual location to the beautiful McKellar Park throughout July and August.  This move will affect all our sessions in July and August, both Mondays and Wednesdays, whether it rains or shines.

Now that we are no longer constrained by the confines of the auditorium, we are finally free to really stretch our legs and flex our muscles.  Expect an increase in agility exercise, bodyweight work, ab crushing, and cardio intensity!  We all know that summer barbecues and drinks on the patio can really pack on the pounds, so you’ll thank me for this, I promise!

McKellar Park is located just south of Byron at Wavell.  There is a small parking lot off of Wavell and there is plenty of street parking.  Even better, bring your bike!  We will be occupying the grassy area near the basketball courts.

Remember to bring your yoga mat, water and do-or-die attitude!
