I would like to congratulate Brittney for her success in her workout program. She came to me with the goals of toning and improving her upper body strength. Within a 3 month period, Brittney has been 100% compliant with her strength training program. The results of that have been full body toning and a 75% increase in upper body strength. She even won an impromptu push-up competition against another guy friend. He did 22 and Britney did 25 toe push ups that night! Big way to go Brittney!
