The best part about boot camp is that you get to workout with people of all different levels of fitness. Everyone encourages everyone else. There is a real sense of team, although you are all working at your own pace and level. I have incorporated this into my “post-baby” workout, working to get back into my pre-pregnancy jeans And, it’s a great stress reliever after a long day at the office.-Kellie
