If you’re self-motivated and prefer a more autonomous approach to fitness but still value the structure, accountability, and motivational support of professional guidance, an individualized training program offers an ideal solution.
This tailored approach begins with an in-person training session in the studio to work through your personalized program and ensure you are performing each exercise with proper form. Following this, I'll share your program online where you can track your workouts and I can track your progress. This keeps us in touch and keeps you on track. Once a month you'll return to the studio for a progress check-in and a new program, keeping your workouts fresh and aligned with your evolving fitness goals.
