Buddy training (also known as couples, two-on-one, and semi-private) is another way to reach your fitness goals alongside someone who shares your journey, be it a partner, friend, or family member. This approach not only makes sessions more cost-effective by sharing the expense but also introduces additional motivation, accountability, and fun to your workouts.

I carefully design each session to meet the specific needs of both participants, which ensures that, despite different fitness levels, you and your buddy are both challenged and supported as we work towards your individual goals.
