My approach to fitness and well-being includes precision-muscle conditioning (PMC) and the SynerLift balance system, methods that achieve body balance and ensure pain-free movement. PMC focuses on stabilizing exercises that strengthen weakened or inefficient muscles while SynerLift teaches muscles to work together and interact in a synergistic way. Both methods uniquely help prevent and recover from injuries.

From advancing my expertise with kettlebell certifications to incorporating the strength and stamina of kickboxing, I ensure your fitness journey remains engaging and effective. My studio is also a dynamic space, regularly updated with traditional equipment like squat racks and kettle bells and innovative systems like SynerLift bars, boards, and beams.
