Small group training effectively combines the personalized guidance of one-on-one coaching with the communal energy of group exercise, offering a unique workout experience. This approach not only makes sessions more affordable and diverse but has the added advantages of shared motivation, group accountability, and a strong sense of camaraderie among participants. Unlike group exercise in big box gyms, participants are the same for every workout.

Small group participants don’t have to know each other – in fact, this kind of training can be a great way to meet new people with similar fitness goals. If I don’t happen to have any openings at the time, I can put you on a waiting list. You are also welcome to start your own group, looking at it as an opportunity to meet with friends while improving your fitness.
