Small Group Training
If you’re looking to get stronger but like the affordability and energy of group exercise, my small group classes are for you. Classes are friendly, welcoming, and easy on the pocketbook.
Small group classes allow me to give you the individual attention you need to exercise effectively while providing you with the same training tools I use with my one-on-one clients. The program is based on circuit-training.
In this small group setting clients tend to develop a strong sense of community. Motivation grows from week to week as everyone helps to influence and support each other. Unlike group exercise classes in big box gyms, participants are the same for every workout and every person is close to the same fitness level.
Sessions are 30-minutes long held once a week in my personal training studio. Maximum group size is four people. New clients are encouraged to book a free consultation before signing up.

Can I join a small group session if it’s just me?
- Yes, small group participants don’t have to know each other – in fact, this kind of training can be a great way to get to meet new people with similar fitness goals. If I don’t happen to have any openings at the time, I can put you on a waiting list.
Can I start my own group?
- Yes, absolutely. Instead coming in for a workout you can look at it as an opportunity to meet with friends.
Couples or Buddy Training
Whether you want to work out with your spouse, your best friend, or a family member, buddy training is a fantastic way to get in shape.In fact, it’s an affordable option for two people who want to enjoy the benefit of individually created programs and training in a private studio but at a lower cost.
Buddy training is for people of all fitness levels who like the idea of keeping each other accountable.Program design considers each person’s individual goals, fitness level, and health conditions –both participants need not be at the same level. And since we train in a private studio with ample equipment and few distractions, each person can exercise to his or her fullest potential without the risk of injury.
Sessions are 30- or 60-minutes long and are typically held once or twice a week in my personal training studio.
Pricing
30 min session $80 – $40 each
1 hour session $140 – $70 each
