I really do love my job. When I help improve the mental and physical health of each person I train, I feel fulfilled. Personal training gives me something to look forward to every day.
My personal goal is to always be increasing my knowledge in health and fitness. To that end, I am constantly reading and updating my training certifications. I love to work out in all styles of fitness training and it shows in the variety I’m able to show you.
