I am offering a new program based out of my own studio this fall called Group H.I.T.T. (high intensity interval training). Clients have had a lot of success with group training sessions in my own studio, not only because we have access to all the space and equipment we need, but also because the group dynamic is very fun and motivating. I am looking for four women who are interested in getting stronger and fostering this fun group dynamic. I need my group members to feel confident that they can commit to the majority of the sessions.
The small group setting offers the individual attention you may need to exercise safely and provides access to all of same training tools that I use with my one-on-one clients. The new tools that I acquired a year ago have proven to get excellent results, are fun to use and are hard to come by. This includes the Free Flex, Syner Lift Balance Boards and Sprint Bars. If you haven’t tried them yet, now’s your chance!

I am running 2 sessions Thursday Nights – Depending on available spots
Session 1: 630pm to 7:00pm
Session 2: 7:10pm to 7:40pm

It runs for six weeks
Start Date – September 21st 2017
End Date – Oct 26th 2017
Introductory Cost of the Program – $150 includes tax
