Summer Charitable Boot Camp for the Ottawa YSB

Wednesday August 17th from 7pm-8pm at McKellar Park, we will be holding another charitable boot camp for the Youth Services Bureau! During the last spring boot camp we had a killer, rain-soaked workout and were able to raise $450 for a great cause. We need your support so please share this link, bring a friend and come join us for another “AB-BLASTING GOOD TIME”.
