My Ottawa Kickboxing Classes combine the best of kickboxing and functional training into a killer workout! The next session starts the week of July 16th and end the week of September 10th. No classes August 28th or 30th.
“Location” Jewish Community Centre (21 Nadolny Sachs Pvt. Ottawa). Clean, air conditioned Gym for the summer.
