2013 in Review – 5 Success Stories
December 31, 2013 8:03 pm / Posted in Success StoriesYear after year, I see people work hard to achieve their fitness goals and it fills me with pride to know that I could help them along the way. In this article, I’d like to celebrate their successes as I close off 2013 and look forward to 2014.
Francine
Francine came to me looking to reduce pain and lose weight. Throughout the year she developed a number of strong nutritional and exercise habits that will last a lifetime. Today she’s fitter than many people much younger than her.
Congratulations Francine! I hope you make 2014 as successful a year as you’ve made this last one.
Parvesh
Many people come to me because they’re “too busy to exercise.” Sound familiar? After 30 years of struggling with her weight, this busy doctor found the time to transform her life. 23lbs and 19 inches of girth later, Parvesh has adopted many sustainable exercise and eating habits that have set her on a course for long term health.
If a doctor can find the time to exercise, anybody can! It’s just a matter of making a decision for positive change, and starting.

Joey
Speaking of doctors, Joey was another of the big success stories this year. He lost 20lbs, as well as 5.5 inches around his waist, and 8% body fat – all within four months. He’s now working on building more muscle mass and continuing to reduce his body fat percentage.
Way to go Joey!
Diane
Diane joined the Lean Eating Program in July 2012 and the results were spectacular. By June 2013, she’s lost 27lbs of body fat and 33 inches of girth. The program heled her eat well and get the exercise she needed to lose weight and keep it off.
Way to go Diane!
Renee
Renee achieved a great goal this year: she hit 17.9% body fat, which is considered an athletic body fat percentage. She accomplished this goal by being 90% compliant with her exercise and nutrition program and putting in the effort under her own direction.
She started out coming in for bi-weekly visits, but by the end we were only seeing each other every three weeks.
The results speak for themselves. Check out her story here.

While I know I helped these five clients out, they did all the hard work. Changing your life for the better takes persistence and effort and I can’t give people that. What I can help with is developing a series of healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
