The Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Class is one of the toughest — and most rewarding — programs we have ever taken. Stef and I are now one of the few coaches who can “go deeper”, into truly understanding what motivates, drives, and empowers clients to improve their lives. We are now a part of Precision Nutrition’s membership of elite fitness professionals.

It More Than Just What To Eat

Coaching plays a major role in our practice because it is important to understand how to inspire clients for change. Our client-centered coaching model is motivating individuals  for results that extend beyond the gym.

Program Requirements

The program required us to complete 24 case studies and over 200 interesting lessons. I am happy to say it was worth the investment of time and money. I have a better understanding why many people struggle with weight loss and have developed new improved strategies to overcome any of these struggles.
