Now that you’ve got your blender out, you can follow the step by step guide below for creating nutritious and tasty Nutritonal Shake. You really don’t have to follow all the steps or use all the ingredients below. If you don’t want to use almond milk, then use water. Feel free to use any protein powder, and leave out any fruits you don’t want. If you’re looking to control your calories, carbs, or fats, use smaller portion sizes or cut out certain ingredients. The choice is up to you.
Here is a recipe that works for me.
Ingredients:
3/4 Pumpkin
2 scoops of living fuel protein
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
2.5 cups of almond milk
1teaspoons of flax oil or ground seeds
Pinch of nut meg and cinnamon
Optional : 4 ice cubes
Directions:
Put that S*#*!in a blender and hit start. LOL, seriously. That’s it. Average time – 5 minutes to make.
I selected some of the veggies, proteins, fruits and fats that seem to work best for me and my clients. Feel free to add or take away certain items. To get optimal nutrients I would suggest adding veggies in the mix. This is not as harsh as you think. Start small. Maybe just add one leaf.
